In recent years, Tim Fancourt has appeared in the House of Lords in a case about statutory default notices served on former tenants, in the Privy Council in a proprietary estoppel case, in the Court of Appeal in cases involving the extinguishment of easements, rectification of leases and set-off of claims against former landlords by tenants under new tenancies. He has also been briefed on several of the largest rent review arbitrations to be contested in the last two years. A full list of recent reported cases is set out below.
