Jonathan Small QC regularly acts for clients in the traditional commercial property areas of restrictive covenants, rights of way, land registration and adverse possession. One aspect of practice he particularly enjoys is the interpretation of complex agreements such as rent review clauses, sale and purchase agreements and overage provisions. He is regularly instructed to advise arbitrators and experts in such matters.
Recently he has acted in numerous telecoms disputes, appeared in the Privy Council and has advised in property-related matters in Hong Kong.
