Anthony Tanney’s practice ranges broadly across the law of real property. Recent matters in which he has been briefed range from: issues of principle concerning the redemption of mortgages: claims for specific performance of contracts to sell development land; statutory regulation of caravan sites; claims involving proprietary estoppel; and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters. He regularly advises on rights of way and other easements, rent review, restrictive covenants, options, land registration, insolvency and professional negligence. Some recent cases appear below.
