Greville's practice encompasses all aspects of litigation about interests in land. He acts regularly in disputes concerning all areas of real property law including adverse possession, compulsory purchase, easements, highways and waterways, land registration, mortgages, options, restrictive covenants, the telecommunications code, trusts of land, and all aspects of and landlord and tenant and also in cases where these overlap with other substantive areas of law such as company, insolvency and partnership, and in professional negligence cases concerning property.

He has extensive advocacy experience including in the County Courts and High Court, the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Lands Tribunal, and before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry, and gives clear and practical advice.
