Bermuda test case

The case is a test case on Bermudian rating law which arose in the context of the correct approach to valuation of high-value properties on the Island, the property in question being the home of a former prime minister. Among other things the court addressed the meaning of “capable of beneficial occupation” in the Bermudian rating legislation.
