Case Update - Breaches of Covenant
The seventh zoominar in our "Falcon Chambers Zoominar Series" will take place on Tuesday 02 June at 14:00 hosted by Gary Cowen QC and Toby Boncey.
In particular, they will be considering the recent cases of:
- Fivaz v Marlborough Knightsbridge Management Ltd [2020] UKUT 0138 (LC)
- Duval v 11-13 Randolph Crescent Ltd [2020] UKSC 18.
This event will be hosted on Zoom as a webinar. Participation is free of charge, although advance registration is required, and numbers will be limited.
