Taylor Briggs

Taylor Briggs joined Chambers in October 2022 following successful completion of her pupillage. During her pupillage, Taylor was supervised by Camilla Chorfi, Joseph Ollech, Cecily Crampin, and Julia Petrenko.

As a pupil, Taylor gained experience of the full range of Chambers’ work, including, amongst other things:

  • Landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings, break notices, the 1954 Act, agricultural tenancies, and forfeiture
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Easements
  • Proprietary estoppel
  • Telecommunications
  • Mortgages
  • Adverse possession

Taylor accepts instructions in all areas of real property and landlord and tenant law.
