Birmingham Property Law Seminar 2026

Falcon Chambers will be holding our annual Birmingham Property Law Seminar at The Grand Hotel on the afternoon of Thursday, 5th March.

The conference will be chaired by Stephanie Tozer KC and will feature a series of short talks presented by Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC, Catherine Taskis KC, Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Daniel Black and Roshan Panesar. 

During the first half of the seminar, Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC, Elizabeth Fitzgerald and Roshan Panesar will focus on easements, restrictive covenants and overage in a development context. Then, following a short comfort break – and fresh off the heels of the publication of the Draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill – Catherine Taskis KC and Daniel Black will provide an overview of commonhold and the issues that may arise within a commonhold context.

After the seminar concludes, guests are invited to join us for drinks and canapés.
