RICS Commercial landlord and tenant essential update returns to provide you with a comprehensive update on the key issues currently impacting commercial landlords and tenants. The morning seminar will focus on key legal updates whilst also providing practical technical advice on a range of topics pertinent to those working in this complex area of surveying practice.

As well as providing all your usual landlord and tenant updates for the commercial sector, this year’s event also includes an afternoon seminar focused solely on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and sustainability. A year on from the introduction of the first MEES deadline, understand the key challenges and trends emerging and how to prepare for the next wave of regulation coming in 2023.
