Junior Zoominar Series - ‘Property Pointers’

Falcon Chambers is pleased to announce a rerun of our Junior Zoominar Series - 'Property Pointers'. We will be offering a series of interactive zoominars on various aspects of property law. These will be presented by junior counsel and aimed particularly at solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE, they would also be useful to surveyors and other professionals working in the property industry.

Each seminar will last for 45 minutes. There will be 15 minutes for questions at the end.

Most property lawyers will be familiar with business leases and the way in which they are negotiated, terminated and renewed. Despite electronic communications apparatus such as mobile phone masts being increasingly common in the urban and rural landscape, the Electronic Communications Code is often less well known by junior practitioners.

This online seminar will seek to demystify the Code and, in particular, the way it alters the legal and commercial landscape for arrangements that, at first, look like normal business leases.
