PBA Conference 2019

This year’s PBA Conference is focussed upon the resolution of property disputes, either by litigating to trial or by settling. The talks and workshops are aimed at the myriad ways clients can get to an end result, and how PBA members can help them get there. Lady Arden JSC will give the keynote address.  

There will then be a choice of workshops, both before and after lunch, considering  procedure and tactics - as well as substantive law. The day closes with a panel discussion titled: ‘Overlapping jurisdictions – High Court, County Court, First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)’ in which members of the Judiciary and the Bar will consider the qualities and advantages of each forum.    

Janet Bignell QC will be speaking at Workshop 1 on Injunctions at 10:45.

Stephanie Tozer QC will be speaking at Workshop 2 on Document Rectification First-tier Tribunal at 10:45. 

Stephen Jourdan QC will be taking part in a panel session on overlapping Jurisdictions - High Court, County Court, First-tier Tribunal at 14:00.
