The last few years have brought changes and pressures, with many of them having a significant impact for property ownership, and on property litigation. This conference will look at the implications including: the effect of the economic pressure from the Covid-19 pandemic on commercial leasing cases, on mortgage law, and on property-based insolvency cases, and trends in residential property management litigation.
