PLA Law Reform Committee and PBA joint event: ‘The Great Debate’

Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC is sitting on a panel at the PLA Law Reform Committee and PBA joint event, "The Great Debate", which will take place on Wednesday, 8th October. 

Guy will be speaking alongside Joanne Wicks KC (Wilberforce Chambers), Sabrina Furneaux-Gotch (Mishcon de Reya) and Eloise Illingworth (Macfarlanes). Each panelist will each take turns to pitch their answer to the question, Which area of property litigation is in most need of reform? The panel will then debate the various proposals with questions from the Moderator, Judge Elizabeth Cooke, and from the audience and finally the audience will vote on which proposed reform is most deserving of implementation.
