Property and Protest: Practical problems where protest and property rights clash
Recent years have seen a considerable increase in the number of protests concerning environmental and other issues, some of which encroach on public and private property rights. These talks, given by an advocate with considerable experience in situations where private property is threatened by protestors, and a King’s Bench Division Judge engaged in determining the disputes that arise, will examine the legal remedies that apply.
