 Most property lawyers will be familiar with business leases and the way in which they are negotiated, terminated and renewed. Despite electronic communications apparatus such as mobile phone masts being increasingly common in the urban and rural landscape, the Electronic Communications Code is often less well known by junior practitioners.

This online seminar will seek to demystify the Code and, in particular, the way it alters the legal and commercial landscape for arrangements that, at first, look like normal business leases.
