RICS Dilapidations Conference 2026

Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC will be speaking on a panel at the RICS Dilapidation Conference 2026.

The session, titled Costing Schedules of Dilapidations: Getting the Numbers Right, will explore the practical and evidential challenges of pricing schedules effectively, from applying BCIS data and market comparables to understanding the hierarchy of evidence.

Jon Rowling FRICS FCIArb (JLL) will moderate and Guy will be joined by Selina Baptise MRICS (AtkinsRéalis) and Claire Ramsay MRICS (Hollis) on the panel.
