[Zoominar] HELP – a receiver’s been appointed! How does it affect me?

Stephanie Tozer KC, Cecily Crampin and Tricia Hemans will examine the impact of the appointment of a receiver on the borrower, and also on third parties such as purchasers, tenants and landlords of the property. The seminar will be of interest both to those who regularly work with receivers, and those who only come across them occasionally, typically when a counterparty to a transaction goes into receivership.
