Does the Court have power to authorise a landlord to use reasonable force where a tenant, in breach of an injunction requiring him to do so, refuses access to his property? In Sovereign Housing v Hall, the Court said yes. In Southern Housing v Emmanuel, the Court said no. Now, in Taylor Clark Ltd v Mohamed, the Court has said yes again.
