Falcon Chambers Zoominar - Introduction to the law of riparian rights and watercourses
Join Gavin Bennison and Kavish Shah on Tuesday 25th May at 2pm as they host the latest Falcon Chambers Zoominar. They will be giving an introduction to the law of riparian rights and watercourses, including: the rights and obligations of those who own land alongside river banks; the definition of a ‘watercourse’ at statute and common law; the scope of a landowner’s duty to protect against flooding, and the remedies available where land is flooded or poorly drained.
This event will be hosted on Zoom as a webinar. Participation is free of charge, although advance registration is required, and numbers will be limited. Joining instructions for the zoom will be sent out on Monday 24th May.
