Leasehold Enfranchisement: What’s on the Horizon?

This webinar will consist of a one hour talk starting at 11am, followed by a Q&A session. It will cover forthcoming changes to leasehold enfranchisement law including:

(a) the Law Commission's two recent reports on:

(i) options to reduce the price payable, and
(ii) reforming the law on buying freeholds and extending leases

(b) the Government's response

(c) the 2021 Leasehold Reform Ground Rent Bill

(d) the expected timetable for change.
