PLA Annual Conference

Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC, Adam Rosenthal KC, Oliver Radley-Gardner KC, Elizabeth Fitzgerald and Taylor Briggs will all be speaking at the Property Litigation Association's Annual Conference on Friday, 27th March.

10.15am - 10.50am: Adam Rosenthal KC will present The Building Safety Act 2022: A "new robust regime" with a "radical approach"? alongside Kate Grange KC of 39 Essex Chambers in the main auditorium. 

12pm - 12.55pm: Oliver Radley-Gardner KC and Taylor Briggs will lead a breakout session titled The Electronic Communciations Code: An update on the latest developments.

3.25pm - 4pm: Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC and Elizabeth Fitzgerald will round off the conference with Case Law Kaleidoscope - an analysis of the year's most significant cases along with a glimpse of those yet to come - in the main auditorium.
