PLA Autumn Training Day 2026
Stephen Jourdan KC, Catherine Taskis KC, Joseph Ollech and Gwyneth Everson are speaking at the PLA Autumn Training Day on 12th November.
Stephen and Gwyneth's talk, Ghosting the Renters' Rights Act, will discuss the ways in which one can grant occupation rights without creating a tenancy to which the Renters' Rights Act applies. Theirs is a breakout session running from 12:20 - 13:10.
Catherine and Joseph will present a talk on Break Notices in the main room from 10:15-11:00. They will cover joint tenancies, vacant possession, the impact of the Renters' Rights Act on mixed-use premises, and the construction of termination provisions.
