The RICS Dilapidations Forum Conference comes to the North in 2020 to provide critical updates for practising building surveyors, valuers and legal experts.

Chaired by Chris Sullivan from Hollis, this event showcases leading experts giving high-level perspectives on key valuation, technical and legal topics every dilapidations professional should know about. It will provide you with a unique opportunity to understand legal essentials, refresh your practical knowledge and understand dilapidations from various jurisdictions and sectors.

The day includes breakout sessions offering either a Valuation or Technical stream and we have set aside an exhibition space for you to explore the latest offerings for dilapidations professionals.
