The CPA National Conference 2020
Barry Denyer-Green, a past Chairman of the Compulsory Purchase Association, and a current member of its national board, will be speaking at the the Association's National Conference on the new Practice Directions of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), the appropriate procedure and steps for making a reference, and on the conduct of expert witnesses.
This will be a virtual Conference run over three sessions, the first of which is on 25th November 2020, the other dates are Monday 30 November 2020 and Monday 7 December 2020.
