Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust v Housing Solutions Ltd
Jonathan Karas Q.C. and Elizabeth Fitzgerald (instructed by DAC Beachcroft) have obtained permission to appeal on behalf of their clients to the Supreme Court in the case of Alexander Devine Children's Cancer Trust (Respondent) v Housing Solutions Ltd (Appellant). The Court of Appeal’s judgment is at [2018] EWCA (Civ) 2679.
This is the first time that the provisions of the Law of Property Act 1925 s. 84 will have been directly considered by the House of Lords or the Supreme Court.
