Caroline Shea QC appointed Deputy High Court Judge, Chancery Division
Congratulations from all at Falcon Chambers to Caroline Shea QC on her appointment as Deputy High Court Judge, assigned to the Chancery Division. The appointment follows an open competition and takes effect on 1 October 2021. Caroline will sit on average 30 days a year, and will continue her practice as leading counsel on complex and high value property disputes in the commercial, agricultural, and residential property sectors.
