Edward Blakeney has joined Falcon Chambers

Falcon Chambers is delighted to announce that Edward Blakeney joined Chambers on 6th June 2022. Edward is 2016 call and has a broad property-based practice, with particular experience in leasehold enfranchisement, general landlord and tenant matters, and real property. His work has included cases arising between neighbours and property owners involving easements, covenants, boundary/ party wall disputes and nuisance (both statutory nuisance in the Criminal Courts and private nuisance in the Civil Courts). Edward has also appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court in Wells v Devani, a case concerning an estate agent’s commission; in the Court of Appeal in Kensquare Limited v Boakye, a case concerning recoverability of service charges and costs under a lease; and in the High Court in long-running commercial litigation.
Edward will continue his current practice and will also be available for instruction in all of Chambers' specialisms.
