Falcon Chambers launches new podcast series, ReformPod: Changing Business Tenancies
On 16 June, the Law Commission published its Second Consultation Paper on Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Spanning 524 pages, the paper is a significant and thought-provoking review of the framework governing business tenancies.
To help practitioners engage with the consultation and its proposals, Falcon Chambers has launched a new 11-part podcast series, ReformPod: Changing Business Tenancies.
Released weekly through to the end of the year, the series will see our property specialists explore each chapter of the consultation paper in turn, breaking down the key proposals and considering the potential implications for commercial landlords and tenants and their advisers.
