Judgment handed down in Cornerstone v Adeline Properties
Oliver Radley-Gardner KC and Nathaniel Duckworth KC have appeared in the first fully contested valuation hearing for MSV rights concerning an office block rooftop.
The First Tier Tribunal concluded that the consideration payable under paragraph 24 should be nil, with the agreement catering for agreed heads of compensation.
