New COVID-19 rent decision
Gary Cowen QC instructed by Anna Duffy of DTM Legal LLP appeared for the successful Claimant in Atmore Centres Limited v TFS Stores in the County Court at Liverpool. The Claimant sought summary judgment in a claim for rent arrears covering periods when the Defendant's retail premises had been closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
