This is a decision dismissing a reference to arbitration for non-compliance with the requirements of s.11(1), (3) and s.11(7)(b) of the 2022 Act. A formal proposal under s.11(1) must be accompanied at the same time with supporting evidence under s.11(3), and it must state that it is a formal proposal made for the purposes of s.11.
