Stephanie Tozer
Falcon Chambers are delighted to announce that Stephanie Tozer, previously a tenant at Maitland Chambers joined Falcon on 17th November 2008. Stephanie was called in 1996, and is a specialist property practitioner, dealing with all areas of property litigation. She has particular experience in mortgage work and appeared in the House of Lords in the case of West Bromwich Building Society v Wilkinson [2005] UKHL 44. She is also the co-author of a book on Dilapidations soon to be published by the RICS.
