Roshan joined chambers in October 2025 following the successful completion of pupillage. He practises in real property and landlord and tenant law, both residential and commercial.
During pupillage he gained experience of these areas along with:
- Contractual interpretation, restrictive covenants, easements, overage, options, break notices, and security of tenure under the 1954 Act.
- Service charges; residential, agricultural and commercial possession.
- Mortgages, receivers, professional negligence, property-related insolvency, manorial law, indemnities from HM Land Registry, bona vacantia and escheat.
- Telecommunications, wayleaves, and the Electricity Act 1989.
Roshan previously worked as a research assistant in the property, family and trust law team at the Law Commission of England & Wales.
