Roshan practises in real property and landlord and tenant law, both residential and commercial.

During pupillage he gained experience of these areas along with:

  • Contractual interpretation, restrictive covenants, easements, overage, options, break notices, and security of tenure under the 1954 Act.
  • Service charges; residential, agricultural and commercial possession.
  • Mortgages, receivers, professional negligence, property-related insolvency, manorial law, indemnities from HM Land Registry, bona vacantia and escheat.
  • Telecommunications, wayleaves, and the Electricity Act 1989.

Roshan previously worked as a research assistant in the property, family and trust law team at the Law Commission of England & Wales.
