Roshan joined chambers in October 2025 following the successful completion of pupillage. He is developing a practice across chambers’ specialisms.
He has experience of the following areas through his recent instructions, pupillage, or both:
- Landlord and tenant: forfeiture, commercial and residential service charges, break notices, rent review, enfranchisement, dilapidations, and security of tenure under the 1954 Act.
- Real property: restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession, boundary disputes, mortgages, bona vacantia and escheat.
- Utilities, etc: telecommunications, wayleaves, highways, and the Electricity Act 1989.
- Related areas: property-related aspects of planning, partnership, professional negligence, and insolvency.
- Other: land registration, possession proceedings, agriculture, injunctive relief, contractual interpretation, overage, options, agency and authority, and res judicata.
Roshan previously worked as a research assistant in the property, family and trust law team at the Law Commission of England & Wales.
