Birmingham Property Law Seminar 2024

Falcon Chambers will be in Birmingham for a seminar on topical issues of property law. 

Janet Bignell KC will Chair the conference and there will be three talks:

1. Guy Fetherstonhaugh KC and Emily Windsor - Restrictive Covenants Part 1: Tips and traps regarding procedure and how to best formulate the claim, preparation of expert evidence etc. 
2. Greville Healey and Toby Boncey - Restrictive Covenants Part 2: Grounds for modification/discharge.
3. Camilla Chorfi and Taylor Briggs -  Redevelopment: comparing the 1954 Act and the Code. Camilla and Taylor will consider recent case law on establishing redevelopment, in relation to both termination and break clauses, in the context of the 1954 Act and the Code.
