We are hosting a London Symposium where we will focus on development and how lawyers can help their developer clients navigate some of the issues they may encounter:

The Joint-Chairs will be Jonathan Gaunt KC and Jonathan Karas KC 

The speakers would be:

• Oliver Radley-Gardner KC and Nathaniel Duckworth Rights of way – development and excessive use. 
• Kester Lees KC and Kavish Shah - Covenants preventing development – how to deal with them. 
• Stephen Jourdan KC and Cecily Crampin - Development and my neighbour: can the Party Wall Act 1996 assist?
• Caroline Shea KC and Greville Healey -  strategies to deal with agricultural tenants, and other rights claimed over the development land, including easements, electricity wayleaves, Code rights, and also drainage rights serving the development.
