Just an equitable retrospection on the BSA appeals? A deep dive into the decisions in Triathlon Homes and Adriatic, as well as other recent developments in the BSA world.
Falcon Chambers is pleased to present the latest instalment in our series of zoominars on the Building Safety Act 2022, Just an equitable retrospection on the BSA appeals?, which will take place over lunchtime on Tuesday, 16th September.
In this online seminar, our team will dissect the Court of Appeal's recent decisions in the landmark building safety cases of Triathlon Homes LLP v SVDP & Othrs [2025] EWCA Civ 846 and Adriatic v Long Leaseholders of Hippersley Point [2025] EWCA Civ 856, as well as other recent developments in the BSA world.
The session will be chaired by Cecily Crampin, and presented by Paul Letman and Camilla Chorfi.
All three speakers were involved in one or both cases: Paul as counsel for Triathlon Homes, led by Alexander Nissen KC; Cecily as counsel for the Appellants in Triathlon, led by Jonathan Selby KC; and Camilla as part of the Secretary of State's legal team in both cases, with Michael Walsh KC and Falcon's Richard Miller in Triathlon, and Sir James Eadie, Michael Walsh KC, Jason Pobjoy KC, Will Perry and Richard Miller in Adriatic.
This promises to be an informative and user-friendly zoominar and we hope that you are able to join us.
You can register to attend the webinar here.
If you would like a preview of the webinar, you can listen to Cecily Crampin interviewing Richard Miller about his involvement in the two cases on the latest episode of the Falcon Chambers Podcast, available here.
