RICS UK&I Commercial Property Conference 2026

Camilla Chorfi will be speaking alongside David Hourihan MSc Prop Invest FRICS at the RICS UK&I Commercial Property Conference, taking place in London on 11th November.

Their session, titled 'Regulation, Risk and Responsibility: Practical Implications for Commercial Property Professionals' will explore some of the regulatory developments having the greatest impact on the sector today - including Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), building safety obligations, proposed reforms to upward-only rent reviews, and evolving ESG expectations - and set out practical tips that clients can take to navigate an increasingly complex and fast-changing environment.
